1. About Helava Travel

Helava Travel is a Fiji-specialist travel consultancy operated by Renee Leslie. We design bespoke Fiji travel experiences, provide independent travel guides, and connect travellers with the best Fiji has to offer. Enquiries: bula@helavatravel.com

2. Digital Products — Find Your Fiji

Find Your Fiji is a digital travel guide and planning resource. Upon successful payment of AUD $47, access is granted to the online guide. This is a one-time payment with lifetime access.

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once access has been granted. If you experience technical difficulty accessing the guide, contact us at bula@helavatravel.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Content is for personal planning purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale of any content from this guide is prohibited.

3. Free Guides

The Fiji Food Guide (“Eating Our Way Through Fiji”) is provided free of charge. Content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or republished without written permission.

4. Bespoke Travel Services

When Helava Travel designs a custom trip on your behalf, the following terms apply:

• Quotes: All quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing. Prices are subject to availability and exchange rate fluctuations.
• Deposits: A deposit of 20–50% is required to confirm bookings, as advised on your proposal.
• Final payment: Balance is due no later than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
• Cancellations by you: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 60 days may forfeit the full amount, subject to supplier terms.
• Cancellations by suppliers: In the event of cancellation by a resort, airline or activity provider, we will use best efforts to provide a suitable alternative. Helava Travel is not liable for losses beyond amounts we are able to recover from suppliers.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep all information current and accurate. However, Fiji's tourism landscape changes. Resorts open and close. Menus change. Operating hours shift. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the guides or on this website. Always verify critical details with suppliers before travel.

6. Limitation of Liability

Helava Travel acts as a planning consultant, not as a travel agent, and does not hold a travel agent licence. We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, or service quality of any third-party supplier including airlines, resorts, transfer providers or activity operators. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation, medical, and disruption cover.

7. Privacy

We collect your name and email address to fulfil your purchase and respond to enquiries. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may opt out of any communications at any time by emailing bula@helavatravel.com.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
