Helava Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers. Your contract is with the supplier, not Helava Travel. We are not liable for changes, cancellations, or service issues beyond our control.
2. Payments
All deposits and payments must be received by the due date or bookings may be cancelled.
Credit card surcharges may apply.
3. Planning & Service Fees
The itinerary planning fee applies for additional quotes or complex itineraries. It is non-refundable if you don’t proceed, but will be credited toward your booking if you do.
Service fees are separate, non-refundable, and only apply once you decide to book with us.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Airline and supplier penalties apply for changes/cancellations.
Helava Travel also charges handling fees (see Service Fee Policy).
Refunds, if applicable, may take several weeks and are subject to airline/supplier approval.
5. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking.
Helava Travel is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of insurance.

Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and meeting entry/health requirements.
Helava Travel provides guidance but cannot guarantee entry into any country.
